Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled by 4 pm local time 1 day prior to arrival or the credit card provided will be charged one night's room rate plus taxes.

Guarantee Policy

A valid credit card is required for guarantee at the time of reservation. This credit card will be charged prior to your check in for rates that require a prepayment. The room will be held until 10PM on the confirmed check in date. Guests are required to have their own valid credit card and ID for check in.

No Show Policy

No-show reservations will be charged 1 night's room rate plus taxes.

Check In / Check Out

Check-in: 4PM until 10PM.

Check-out: 11AM.

Additional Guests

Additional charges for 3 adults or more. 

Children

Children must be accompanied by an adult and must not be left alone in the room or at the hotel’s playground.

Pets

Pets are not permitted.
